Introducing the Marbury Project, a pinnacle of modern architectural excellence spanning the years 2022 to 2023 in Bethesda, United States. Crafted by the visionary architect Zahra Aminibadr and brought to life by Reza Tabriz of Prime Solution Group LLC, this residence stands as a testament to timeless modernity.
Situated on a generous land area of 10,500 square feet, with a total building area of 9,500 square feet, this modern marvel redefines luxury living in Bethesda. The interior design concept revolves around the notion of “Timeless Modernity,” where spaces are curated to evoke a sense of enduring elegance that transcends the passage of time.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious kitchen featuring a large island that serves as the focal point of the room. Here, a magnificent dark table commands attention, inviting guests to gather and linger. The use of natural materials such as native wood and local granite, combined with soft lighting, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, fostering a sense of comfort and hospitality.
